Mentoring

The Mentoring group is available to help people working on project sprints, or stewardship. Mentoring allows us to leverage the experience of IT professionals in our community, however the point of mentoring is to help people develop the skills to solve problems themselves, rather than do it for them. As such, good mentoring is a skill that empowers the community, and conversely it's possible for mentoring to be dis-empowering if not done well.

As such, we have a Mentoring Code of Conduct.
