App Provisioning Layer
Part of the technical landscape of Merri-bek Tech.
The App Provisioning Layer is our equivalent of “the cloud”. This layer includes containerization and other features used by our volunteers to build app hosting.
Initial Ask
- Develop a Phase 1 provisioning layer that will be ready for the first cohort of volunteers on 1st May, allowing them to run apps in docker containers.
- Provide basic support for this layer through to the end of July.
- Start work on a design for Phase 2 provisioning layer
