Details of the mastodon instance being used for testing by the Social Networking working group.
Cloud Provisioning
Manual provisioning of the droplet at digital ocean. Going to try 2GB, 2CPU droplet for starts at $18 per month.
Domain name is provisioned using our terraform repo at merri-bek-tech/infra-terraform-cloud.
Service Provisioning
We are using the merri-bek-tech/mastodon-ansible repository of ansible scripts, which is formed from the official mastodon one. The form allows us to make changes and then rebase in on updates from upstream.
